I just HAD to write and applaud your company for their EXCELLENT, SPEEDY order processing! Your website was clear and easy to understand and navigate through. I found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. I placed my order in the wee hours of November 18, 2003. Not even 15 minutes later, your system sent me a confirmation email. 12 hours later, I received another email informing me that my order had shipped! WOW, that was fast! What a pleasant surprise! I was sent a tracking number and told that my order should arrive November 21, but it actually arrived 1 day earlier! The package arrived packed and wrapped well so that the item was protected. The item (I Rub My Duckie Yellow) was exactly as your website depicted it.

I had ordered some silicon based toys and also a silicone lube (not to use with the toys), and a customer service person called me to make sure that I knew that silicone lube was not for use with those toys, which would probably deteriorate if used with that lubricant.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you what great service I believe you have. When your representative called to confirm my order it was around 5:00 eastern time...I did not even order this product until 4:00 eastern....well past your posted cut-off time for same day shipping. When I told your representative that I was going out of town Thursday he said that it would probably ship the next day to arrive on Thursday and that is what I expected....However he took it upon himself to make sure the order went out Tuesday so that it would arrive on Wednesday...I did not even ask for that but when I found out that he probably even stayed late to take care of me I was overjoyed.
