Merchandise Returns Policy If you have questions about returns that are not answered on this page, please e-mail us at service@nitetimetoys.com.
To help us keep our costs and our prices low, we require and appreciate your cooperation in honoring our return policies. All returns require prior authorization, and your Return Authorization number should be clearly shown on the outside of your return package. Brand New, Unopened Items This section applies to items in the exact same condition as when you received them from us: new and unused, with the product packaging neat and clean, and with all original product safety seals, sealing tape, staples, or wrappers still intact.
Within 30 days of purchase, you may return a brand new, unopened item for any reason, either for credit towards another item or for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Just e-mail us for a Return Authorization number, and be sure to include your order number and a brief statement that the item you want to return is brand new and unopened. Then follow the instructions we will send you by reply e-mail. You will need to pay for return shipping. Defective Items This section applies to opened or used items that you discover to be non-operational or to have a manufacturing flaw or defect.
Within 30 days of purchase, you may return a defective item to us for repair or replacement, at our discretion. Please e-mail us with a detailed description of the defect or problem, and be sure to include your order number. Some items (particularly battery-powered ones) can be confusing or counterintuitive to use, so we may ask you to try simple troubleshooting techniques to avoid the need for a return. If appropriate, we will e-mail you a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the item to us. You will need to pay for return shipping. For confirmed defects, we can generally compensate you for all or a portion of reasonable return shipping costs. (Note that the compensation will be in the form of a store credit good towards a future purchase at NiteTimeToys.com.) We will pay for shipping the repaired item or a replacement back to you, using our choice of standard delivery services. Special Note for Condoms: Even the best quality condoms can and do occasionally fail during ordinary use. For condom returns, a defect must be visible in the unused condom, and the problem must affect two or more condoms in the same package. Mis-Shipments We have nearly 100% accuracy in shipping the right products to our customers, but of course we're not perfect. If we send you an item which differs from what is shown in your e-mail and paper receipts, we will promptly correct the mistake at no additional charge. Just e-mail us to let us know. If we need you to return the mis-shipped item, we will reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs.
Items Damaged in Shipping We package all shipments as securely as we reasonably can, but damage in transit may occasionally occur. If your package arrives showing severe physical damage to the shipping box, you may wish to refuse delivery. If you accept delivery and later find that the merchandise inside is damaged, please keep the shipping box and all materials, and e-mail us about the problem as soon as you can. We may require your assistance in filing a claim for damage with the shipping company. In other cases, damaged items may be treated as if defective (see above).
Manufacturer's Warranties Some products have additional manufacturer's limited warranties of up to 2 years. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, you must make any claim for warranty repair or replacement directly with the manufacturer. You should always keep all product manuals and warranty information, but if you cannot locate your warranty, you are welcome to e-mail us for help.
Any Other Returns Under ordinary circumstances, we cannot accept returns other than those specified above.
Any return for other reasons, or a return requested more than 30 days after purchase, may be authorized and accepted at our discretion only. If we choose to authorize and accept such a return, it will be for store credit only (no refunds), and the return may be subject to a "return fee" of up to 20% of the purchase price. Original shipping charges cannot be credited. |
