Nitetime Points are something like airline frequent flyer miles. You can earn points for every purchase from NiteTimeToys.com. Once you have enough points, you can spend them for a discount on any items you choose. (There are some restrictions, explained under "What are points worth?" below.)
 
 

Every item you buy at NiteTimeToys.com can earn you Nitetime Points. To see how many points you'll earn, check the description of the item you're interested in.
 
To earn Nitetime Points, you will need to become a NiteTimeToys.com Member. It's really easy, though, and it is entirely free. Here's how:
 
The first time you make a purchase, click "Become a Member" when we ask you to. Then, choose a Member ID for your account. We suggest you use your e-mail address, since you're not likely to forget it. Finally, to make sure that you and only you can access your account, you'll have to choose a password.
 
That's it! Your Nitetime Points will be credited to your account as soon as you complete your purchase. And when you return in the future, just tell us your Member ID and password when we ask, and your new Nitetime Points will be added to your account as well.
 
(To make your return visits quicker and easier, we also store your name and address information in your member account. However, to ensure security, we do not keep your credit card information there. You will have to re-enter your card details each time you make a purchase.)
 
 

Well, just like in the airlines' frequent flyer programs, we want to make sure you'll come see us again. So you can't spend your Nitetime Points on the same purchase that earns them.
 
But on your next purchase, if you've earned enough points, you'll be able to take a discount during checkout. (See "What are points worth?" below for specifics.) If you'd rather save up your points to get a bigger discount later on, you're free to do that as well. We'll keep your Nitetime Points for you until you're ready to use them, and your points will never expire.
 
 

As explained above, the Nitetime Points you earn on one purchase can be spent for a discount on a later purchase. Whenever you have enough points for a discount, we will always show you your options at the time you check out.
 
The discounts available to you at any particular time will depend on two things: 1. the number of Nitetime Points in your account (earned by your previous purchases) and 2. the dollar amount of your current purchase (which must meet or exceed a minimum). Minimum Purchase amounts refer to merchandise only, not including sales tax or shipping.
 
Here are the specific discounts you can earn:
 

 
As an example, suppose you have 800 Nitetime Points in your account, earned by various purchases you made from NiteTimeToys.com at various times in the past. Today, you want to buy a $20 item. When you check out, we will ask you if you wish to spend some of your Nitetime Points on a discount. The only discount you'll be able to choose is the $2 one, since your current purchase is more than $16.95, but less than $24.95. If you add something else to your order today, bringing the total to $30, then you could choose either the $2 discount or the $3 discount, since your total is now $24.95 or more.
 
In this example, a $3 discount is the most you'd be able to get on this particular purchase. The 800 Nitetime Points in your account would not be enough for a larger discount, even if you added to this purchase so that it totaled $39.95 or more.
 
 

If you've earned enough Nitetime Points for a discount, we'll tell you during checkout. You'll see a total of your points, and you can choose how many (if any) to spend.

If you believe the number of Nitetime Points in your account is incorrect, let us know at service@nitetimetoys.com. Please include your Member ID and explain the error as fully as you can. We'll double-check our records and make any necessary corrections as quickly as possible.
 
If you're trying to total up your Nitetime Points, remember that any time you spend points for a discount, those points are subtracted from your account total. If you ever return an item for a credit, the points for that item are also subtracted.

Nitetime Points have no cash value. Nitetime Points are redeemable only via the Internet at NiteTimeToys.com and only under the terms explained above, or under such terms as may be in effect and published here at the time of redemption. Nitetime Points are void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law. By redeeming Nitetime Points, you warrant that Nitetime Points are free from any such prohibition, taxation, or other restriction in your country, state/province, and/or municipality.
 
NiteTimeToys.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the Nitetime Points program at any time without notice. However, in the event of modification or termination, any previously earned Nitetime Points will remain redeemable under the terms in effect at the time they were earned, or under other terms providing comparable customer value which NiteTimeToys.com may establish and publish here, for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date of modification or termination. NiteTimeToys.com will make reasonable efforts to notify each account holder of such modification or termination at the account holder's last known e-mail address, but NiteTimeToys.com will not be liable in the event that such notification is not received or is not received in a timely manner.
